About Pascal
What is Pascal Bridge?
Pascal Bridge is an implementation of Allbridge that will allow users to bridge between Hyperliquid, Solana, Tron, Ethereum, Avalanche and other EVM-compatible blockchains. Allbridge is a tested solution for transferring assets between blockchains with over 1.4B bridged volume since inception. Pascal aims to provide fast, low fee transfers for Hyperliquid users and create value for token holders through buybacks and treasury managment.
Why Hyperliquid?
We decided to deploy on Hyperliquid, because we believe it has the potencial to transform the landscape for both blockchains and decentralized derivative exchanges. In the past months Hyperliquid has become the clear leader in the latter category and believe its success will continue as decentralized exchanged take away market share from centralized exchanges. It has attracted over 700 million in USD deposits and we only expect this number to grow as mainnet launches and more applications deploy on the blockchain. This is the market we want to serve.
Why use Pascal?
While Hyperliquid already supports bridging USDC from Arbitrium One, we believe there is much demand for bridging alternative assets such as ETH, USDT or WBTC as well being able to do so from different blockchains. Currently, the proccess of moving funds from places like Solana or Tron is time consuming and ineffcient. Users often have to swap their assets and use a 3rd party bridge to get to Arbitrium, before they can even deposit. We want to streamline this process and make it so that bridging to Hyperliquid never takes more than 2 minutes, no matter where you are.
What are your goals?
We want to create a useful public good for Hyperliquid, which will attract many millions of dollars in TVL and encourage adoption from ecosystems like Solana and Tron. The goal of the Pascal DAO will be to maintain the Pascal Bridge and use the revenue it produces to build a Treasury focused on investments in the Hyperliquid ecosystem, token buybacks and creating future revenue streams. It is important to us that the token holders feel like they are part owners of the DAO and actively participate in its managment.
